Registration has begun for Howard County Arts Council's winter educational programs at the Howard County Center for the Arts in Ellicott City. HCAC offers classes and workshops for lifelong learners from Pre-K through adult. Winter arts programs, open to the public, begin on January 22. Classes run for eight weeks; workshops take place on one or two days.

Howard County Arts Council Announces Second Cycle of Fiscal Year 2022 Artists-in-Education Grants

The Howard County Arts Council has announced its second cycle of Fiscal Year 2022 Artists-in-Education grants. Five Howard County public schools will receive the grants, which must be matched, in support of artist residencies during the 2021-2022 school year.
