The Mobtown Playwrights Group is proud to open its 2010-2011 season this October with Girdle Bound, a reading of a new one-act play by Peter Davis, featuring Jessica Ruth Baker and Peggy Dorsey. Molly is an evolving dominatrix finding her place in the fetish scene. Her mother, Alice, moves in with her because she is a recent widow left in debt. Alice wants out and into her own place; the problem is, she lacks the skills and experience to land the kind of job that would allow her to do so. Molly simply wants her privacy back. But can she figure out a way to help each get what they want without destroying their relationship in the process? What's a mother/daughter to do?
