Teri Gender Benders new single embodies the feeling of female empowerment and liberation in sound and lyrics. “THE SLOW LEAN” follows the recent singles “LET’S BEGIN” and “GIVE ME, GIVE ME (feat. Omar Rodríguez-López)” , which are both available now. The singles come right after the release of her latest EP ‘SATURN SEX.’

The track marks the band’s first release since signing to Hopeless Records, and puts a lighthearted, albeit crucial, spotlight on the climate crisis. The short but spunky track features singer Sean Bonnette’s signature vocals and finds balance between dystopian lyrics and playful melodies.

The musical project of visionary Brady Kendall, the new record explores the metaphorical and literal meaning of a garden, whether it’s composed of sound or of the dirt in one’s yard.  The concept for the garden theme came to him in an old bookstore on a trip to the Adirondack Mountains in New York.

A four-track release, ‘Lions Of God’ kicks off with ‘Legend’, a pulsating, high-energy club cut that taps into Indira’s trademark ‘psytechno’ sound. Their new album is produced by composer and multi-Grammy® and Academy Award® nominee Stephan Moccio (Celine Dion, The Weeknd, Miley Cyrus, Barbra Streisand), who has also contributed new arrangements and co-written “The Greatest Gift” alongside Amy Wadge, Jonas Myrin and Andrea Bocelli.

Working with Anderson .Paak, H.E.R and Davido helped Snakehips as global tastemakers with an ear for the sound of tomorrow. Their catalogue of hits include lush and sultry ‘On & On’​, dreamy single ​‘Days With You’​, mega-hit ​‘All My Friends’ (ft. Tinashe and Chance The Rapper), pop banger ‘Cruel’ featuring ZAYN, and 4-track EP ​‘Forever (Pt. II)’.

The song was recorded at the 4AD Studio in London, and was mastered at Abbey Road. It was written, recorded, and produced by Allie Crow Buckley and Jason Boesel of Rilo Kiley. The new track follows her fall singles, “Utopian Fantasy” and “Angel.” Allie Crow Buckley’s music is imbued with such a strong sense of power and natural balance.
