Picasso at the Lapin Agile was written by actor, comedian, and frequent host of Saturday Night Live, Steve Martin. The play won the Outer Critics Circle Award for Best Off Broadway Play in 1996 and has been performed by theatres across the country.

Peninsula Players Theatre present an in-person reading and a virtual audio recording of 'A Rock Sails By,' a new play by Sean Grennan, as part of its winter play reading series, The Play's the Thing. A reading of 'A Rock Sails By' will be performed in-person at Björklunden at 7590 Boynton Lane, Baileys Harbor, on Monday, April 4 at 7:00 p.m. to a limited capacity of 80 patrons. Advance reservations are required for both events.

Peninsula Players Theatre to Offer Scholarships for High School Seniors

Peninsula Players Theatre is set to award scholarships for its fourth year to Door County high school seniors pursuing a major or minor in arts management, music or theater. A $500 scholarship will be presented this spring to one student at each of the Door County high schools. Applications for the scholarship are available through the Door County Community Foundation and are due by April 4, 2022.
