Euan Morton (Tony-nominated for portraying Boy George in Taboo) performed 2 concerts to standing-room only crowds at Joe's Pub on May 30, 2004. Highlights from the show included "Stranger in this World" from Taboo (complete with a heartfelt dedication to writers Boy George & Kevan Frost both of whom were part of the audience), as well as soulful renditions of pop tunes like Cindy Lauper's "True Colors" and the Billy Joel hit "Honesty." Euan was joined on stage by fellow Taboo cast member Denise Summerford who gave the crowd a red hot version of "Fever," and the evening was filled with surprises, including Taboo co-star Jeffrey Carlson (Marilyn) joining him up on stage for a show-stopping performance of "Guttersnipe" from Taboo. The evening came to a conclusion as Euan led the crowd in a rocked out version of "Sing" by the Carpenters. Just when you thought the night couldn't get any better Raul Esparza burst onto stage, surprising everyone - including Euan - to join in the fun!
