'Jangala Day' will be celebrated on Thursday, March 27th at Newark Public Library. Children, parents, and educators are invited to stop by a nd meet the authors at 10:00 AM, 1:30 PM, and 4:30 PM. There will be book readings, books for sale, book signings and giveaways for all those attending. The purpose of 'Jangala Day' at Newark Public Library is a preventative measure against bullying starting with kindergarten classes. Martin had been previously announced to return to San Diego to direct but had to withdraw due to scheduling conflicts. March's Midnight Moment, a presentation of the Times Square Advertising Coalition (TSAC) and Times Square Arts, features artist Zach Nader's film optional features shown, examining what happens when the product for sale is a mere ghost and the background comes to the foreground. The video will premiere on Times Square's billboards just before midnight on Saturday, March 1st, and play every night throughout March from 11:57 p.m.–midnight. For March'sMidnight Moment, TSAC and Times Square Arts have partnered with Moving Image, a video, film, and new media art fair that will take place March 6-9, 2014, at the Waterfront Tunnel event space in Chelsea.
