BWW speaks to comedian Paul McCaffrey about his 2016 Edinburgh Fringe show Fresh Hell.

Tell us a bit about Fresh Hell

It's a hour of of stand-up from a man with a fork in a world of soup. (This is a Noel Gallagher quote about his brother, but I think it sums my show up well).

This is your fifth year at the Fringe - do you think you know what to expect?

Yes! Rain.

What advice would you give to someone making their Fringe debut this year?

You're asking the wrong person.

Who would you recommend comes to see Fresh Hell?

I don't mind who comes, as long as they laugh and it's busy. Anyone could enjoy it. I always enjoy it when someone I haven't seen for years turns up because they saw it in the brochure.

Are there any other shows you're hoping to catch at the festival?

Come Dine With Me

Paul will be performing Fresh Hell at the throughout August at 6:45pm at Laughing Horse at City Café, as part of the Free Fringe. Ticket information is available on the edfringe website.
