Girl from the North Country celebrates its opening night tonight at Broadway's Belasco Theatre!

As BroadwayWorld previously reported Ryan Murphy has been hard at work on miniseries exploring the life and career of fashion designer, Roy Halston. Now he has revealed not only the cast for the new series, but the first promo!

The music of Bob Dylan is coming to Broadway this February with Girl from the North Country. The new muscial begins performances on Friday, February 7 at the Belasco Theatre (111 West 44th Street) with the opening night set for Thursday, March 5.

It was announced today that Matt McGrath (Cabaret, A Streetcar Named Desire) will join the Broadway production of the hit musical Girl from the North Country in the role of Reverend Marlowe. McGrath replaces David Pittu who has left the production due to a scheduling conflict.
