The off-Broadway hit LA SOIRÉE was featured this morning on WAMC Radio's Roundtable (Northeast Public Radio); the show's MOOKY CORNISH and MARAWA spoke with Sarah LaDuke. LISTEN HERE.

MARAWA has conquering the world with hula hoops! Sassy, hot to trot and as skilled as they come, Marawa is both sleek cabaret artist and cheeky clown. A virtuoso of the Hula Hoop and a demon on skates, she has dazzled on stages across the world, her unique brand of coquettish comedy charming and amazing audiences in equal measure. Part Josephine Baker and part Betty Boop, she is an exquisite package of carnival energy.

A clown extraordinaire, MOOKY CORNISH's irrepressible and captivating mix of tomfoolery and quirky comedy has engrossed and enchanted worldwide. Among her many talents, Mooky is a pianist, puppeteer, accordion squeezer and chicken trainer. Is there anything she can't do? Not likely!

LA SOIRÉE is the jaw-dropping, gasp-inducing theatrical phenomenon that opened at the Union Square Theatre (100 East 17th Street) to rave reviews. The international talent lineup features the crème de la crème of singular entertainers; it is high glamour and low inhibition entertainment for those who enjoy the risky and the risqué. LA SOIRÉE has seduced audiences around the world with its astonishing, sexy, funny and downright dangerous take on cabaret and variety.
