PRISCILLA QUEEN OF THE DESERT THE MUSICAL, currently on Broadway in previews at The Palace Theatre (1564 Broadway) stars Tony Award nominee Will Swenson, Olivier Award nominee Tony Sheldon and Nick Adams as the trio of friends on a heart-warming, uplifting adventure who hop aboard a battered old bus searching for love and friendship in the middle of the Australian outback and end up finding more than they could ever have dreamed.

Enthusiastic fans of Tony and Brandon's signature soirees got to tuck a bit of Broadway into their Friday night - Rockit's March 11th show found them 'Oo-ing and Ah-ing' at the splendors of critically acclaimed Broadway production, 'Priscilla Queen of the Desert.' The bill featured performances by lead Nick Adams, featuring dance floor classics from the story's on-stage program, presented in conjunction with Quo's top tier sound and light system.

The spectacular new stage musical just finished its pre-Broadway engagement at the Princess of Wales Theatre in Toronto, Canada on January 2, 2011 prior to beginning performances at Broadway's Palace Theatre (1564 Broadway) on February 28, and opening on March 20. Work on the marquee began today and we've got the first pics!

Priscilla Queen of the Desert opened on Tuesday night in Toronto to rave reviews and an ecstatic audience! Mirvish Productions and Toronto have a very beautiful and glittery hit on their hands! Priscilla Queen of the Desert began previews in Toronto on October 12th, 2010 and has its official opening on October 26th. The show is already getting great buzz, and BWW is thrilled to bring you photos of the North American Cast who will be moving to Broadway in March of 2011. On Friday October 8th, Mirvish Production invited Toronto media to meet the 'star' of Priscilla Queen of the Desert (which begins performances Oct 12th) - Priscilla herself! At a special event at the Princess of Wales Theatre Tony Sheldon ('Bernadette') introduced Priscilla, provided a tour and chatted with the media. BWW was on hand to bring you photos of the gorgeous star in the flesh!

Priscilla Queen Of The Desert The Musical will make its pre-Broadway, North American debut this fall when it begins performances at The Princess of Wales Theatre in Toronto for a twelve-week only engagement beginning October 12, 2010 and officially opening October 26. Rehearsals finished up yesterday in New York and BroadwayWorld.com's Walter McBride was there to capture the cast's farewell!
