Evans, announces the cast for the World Premiere of Bruce Graham's Funnyman, kicking off Northlight's 41st Season. The cast includes George Wendt, Tim Kazurinsky, Amanda Drinkall, Steve Haggard, Rob Lindley and an additional role to be announced. Funnyman, directed by BJ Jones and developed through Northlight's Interplay series, runs September 11-October 18, 2015 at Northlight Theatre, 9501 Skokie Blvd in Skokie.

The Colony Theatre will present the fourth production of its historic 40th Anniversary season, the West Coast Premiere of THE ROAD TO APPOMATTOX by Catherine Bush, directed by Brian Shnipper. THE ROAD TO APPOMATTOX will preview on Wednesday, February 11; Thursday, February 12; and Friday, February 13 at 8:00pm. Six-time Emmy Award-nominee George Wendt ('Norm' in "Cheers") has joined the cast of the world premiere of Tony Award winning playwright Richard Greenberg's new play, Truman Capote's Breakfast at Tiffany's, in the role of 'Joe Bell' it was announced today. As previously announced, this new stage adaption of Capote's classic novella, directed by Sean Mathias, will also star Emilia Clarke (HBO's "Game of Thrones") as 'Holly Golightly' and Cory Michael Smith as 'Fred' and will begin performances at Broadway's Cort Theatre on Monday, March 4. Opening night is set for Wednesday, March 20.

The Toronto Symphony Orchestra (TSO) and Music Director Peter Oundjian will release a recording of Igor Stravinsky's The Rite of Spring—in commemoration of the 100th anniversary of the work—and Sergei Rachmaninoff's Symphonic Dances on the Orchestra's self-produced recording label, TSO LIVE. The Toronto Symphony Orchestra and TSO Music Director Peter Oundjian's performance of Stravinsky's The Rite of Spring was recorded live in December 2008, and Rachmaninoff's Symphonic Dances in May 2012. Both performances were recorded at Roy Thomson Hall in Toronto. This is the Orchestra's eighth release in its series of recordings on the TSO LIVE label.
