Rise and shine, BroadwayWorld! It is May 12, 2026 and it's time to catch up on all of the theatrical happenings you may have missed in the last 24 hours.

The full cast has been announced for the 20th anniversary UK and Ireland tour of JERSEY BOYS, led by Luke Baker as Frankie Valli, with the production opening at New Wimbledon Theatre and booking through 2027.

In her first season as the new artistic director at Opera Theatre of St. Louis (OTSL), Patricia Racette has programmed a festival season that holds something for everyone. Three of the four Operas being presented are written in English. Two, Gilbert & Sullivan’s The Pirates of Penzance and The Light in the Piazza, are from the canon of the American Musical Theatre. The other two, A Streetcar Named Desire and Romeo and Juliet, are well known dramas. If you’ve never seen an Opera, this is the season to take in a show at OTSL.

Freckle Productions will present ZOG at London's Cadogan Hall, marking the company's sixth summer residency at the venue. The production features live music, puppetry, and songs by Joe Stilgoe.

Julian Clary will return to the Edinburgh Festival Fringe for the first time in 17 years with FULLY DILATED, a limited ten-show run at Assembly Rooms' Music Hall, promising intimate revelations and his signature camp comedy.

The Muny announced the principal cast for MEET ME IN ST. LOUIS, with Patti Murin, Colin Donnell, Katerina McCrimmon and others joining previously announced Beth Leavel in the production's return to Forest Park.
