Broadway triple threat Jeremy Benton adds the role of 'developing director' to his already laudable resume when he stages an upcoming industry reading of the new musical, Sweet Swing!, in New York City next week. It was an event too good to be true: Chocolate and Broadway coming together as one! The 14th Annual Chocolate Show, which opened Wednesday November 8th and ran through Sunday November 13th, featured a runway show with Broadway themed costumes made out of chocolate! Chocolatiers and pastry chefs, from some of New York's best restaurants, teamed up with award winning costume designers to create the delicious dresses that walked the runway Wednesday night. The dresses were then featured throughout the showroom for the rest of the chocolate show. Some of the participating costume designers were William Ivey Long, Anita Yavic (Chinglish), and Gregg Barnes.
