BroadwayWorld is looking back at what the original Broadway cast of Jersey Boys has been up to since the show first opened on Broadway, ahead of its 20th anniversary tour!

The London revival of Sunday in the Park With George, starring Ariana Grande and Jonathan Bailey, is eyeing a June 2027 opening. Auditions for other roles in the production are reportedly taking place this summer.

Sarah Uriarte Berry will touch hearts and recall treasured memories during For The Love Of Judy. This will be a lovefest. Uriarte-Berry has starred in five Broadway shows and three Broadway National tours, in the opera house, and concert halls. She received Drama Desk and Outer Critics Circle nominations for her performances in the Lincoln Center production of The Light In The Piazza. Music Director and accompanist is the renowned Gerald Sternbach of both Broadway and Hollywood.

MCC Theater will present a four-week extension for the New York premiere of Birthright, by Tony Award winner Jonathan Spector and directed by Teddy Bergman.

The Tony and Olivier Award-winning musical Jersey Boys will return to Midland Center for the Arts for five performances as part of a multi-city North American Tour marking its 20th Anniversary.

O.A.R. announced the Three Decades Tour, with a stop at The BayCare Sound in Clearwater featuring special guests Gavin DeGraw and KT Tunstall. The show was previously scheduled at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Tampa.

Since The Lost Boys took Broadway by storm this spring, there has been much chatter about the “vampire curse” on Broadway being lifted. In the early 2000s, Broadway received a string of three vampire musicals, which all closed relatively quickly. Dance of the Vampires (2002), Dracula (2004), and Lestat (2006) each received attention in their own right, but they also received attention as a group, since it was remarkable that they came along in such quick succession. But the early 21st century wasn’t the first time vampires thirsted on Broadway. The play adaptation of Dracula was a hit all the way back in 1927 and an even bigger hit in a 1977 revival. And there have been vampires lurking in the theatre district in all sorts of other projects too…

Vanessa Williams will conclude her run as Miranda Priestly in THE DEVIL WEARS PRADA THE MUSICAL at London's Dominion Theatre, with Matt Henry also set to depart his role as Nigel.
