Pasadena Playhouse has announced the 2022/2023 Season featuring a six-month-long celebration of the works and impact of Stephen Sondheim.  The State Theater of California’s Sondheim Celebration will begin in January 2023 and extend into June.  Find out what shows are included and the full schedule.

It's today! Award-winning vocalist Ann Kittredge's debut recording reIMAGINE, a specially curated collection of songs uniquely re-imagined and produced by award-winning songwriter and record producer Paul Rolnick, is available on all digital platforms as of today, May 16, 2022.

Historic six-time Tony Award Winner Audra McDonald, star of Broadway’s The Gershwin’s Porgy and Bess, Carousel, Lady Day at Emerson’s Bar and Grill and HBO’s The Gilded Age, opens the Town Hall series on May 29 with Seth Rudetsky as music director and host.

In celebration of her soon to be released album Ann Kittredge:reIMAGINE(Jazzheads, Inc./King Kozmo Music), a specially curated collection of songs uniquely re-imagined, Ms. Kittredge, will appear at The Laurie Beechman Theatre (407 West 42nd Street – between 9th & 10th Avenues) on Thursday, May 26th at 7pm.

Broadway and Vine will open its second season with Lea Michele (GLEE, Spring Awakening).  The Golden Globe and Emmy Award nominee will make her Napa Valley performance debut at Carneros Resort’s Hilltop Vineyard on Tuesday, June 7th.

Kansas City Repertory Theatre completes its 2021-22 season with The Old Man and the Old Moon, book, music, and lyrics by PigPen Theatre Co., directed by Artistic Director Stuart Carden and PigPen Theatre Co. Performances run May 3 through 22, 2022, at Spencer Theatre.

Barrington Stage Company has announced casting for the first two shows of its 2022 season: the 1978 Tony Award-winning Best Musical Ain’t Misbehavin’: The Fats Waller Musical Show, and the world premiere play, Andy Warhol in Iran by Brent Askari (BSC’s American Underground) which opens the St. Germain Stage from June 2-25.

NYC based cabaret, concert and recording artist Travis Moser makes his City Winery New York debut with Someday Soon: The Songs of Judy Collins.
