In celebration of Great Performances’ 50th anniversary season, the series raises the curtain on a starry “Broadway’s Best” schedule of programs featuring dazzling musical numbers and high drama. The lineup kicks off with a star-studded concert celebrating Broadway during the series’ 50 years on PBS spanning from the early 1970s to the present day.

Disney On Ice presents Mickey's Search Party is bringing the magic to guests through dynamic moments that take place on the ice and in the air. 

Girls in the Boat was inspired by the true stories of the U.S. women's Olympic rowing team. A group of intelligent, fiery young women fights discrimination and prejudice to compete in the male-dominated sport of rowing, finding an unlikely ally in a taciturn men's coach. Together, they confront ridicule, overcome obstacles, and fight for gender equality.

Libby Pratt has been announced as the 2023 recipient of the Baxter St Family Residency at STONELEAF RETREAT. The two-week program, started in 2021 with inaugural recipient Nona Faustine, provides lens-based artists who are also mothers with an unrestricted grant of $2,500, focused studio time, one-on-one critiques with members of Baxter St's Art Advisory Board, and family accommodations on STONELEAF's 22-acre property in New York's Catskill Mountains.

The Stage Raw Theater Awards celebrate excellence on Los Angeles-area stages. This year's Stage Raw “I'm Still Here” Theater Awards Party will recognize productions that opened in the calendar year 2022.

Returning this season are Capt. Glenn Shephard and veteran department heads Daisy Kelliher (Chief Stew), Gary King (First Mate) and Colin MacRae (Chief Engineer). THE TEMPEST Comes to Theatre Tallahassee Next Year. The play runs January 19 – February 5, 2023.

 Pregones/Puerto Rican Traveling Theater's musical Aloha Boricua —the epic saga of the first mass migration of Puerto Ricans to Hawai'i— will run Off-Broadway and for the first time at Miriam Colón's historic Puerto Rican Traveling Theater on west 47th street, Manhattan, on December 1-18.

The Tempest comes to Theatre Tallahassee in 2023. Performances will run January 19 – February 5, 2023.
