TheatreWorks Silicon Valley has set the casting for its 20th Anniversary New Works Festival, a unique program that offers an extraordinary opportunity for audiences to experience new plays and musicals in their early stages of development.

Jordan cites diverse influences among The Weeknd, Kendrick Lamar, Jaden Smith, XXXTENTACION, Joy Divison and Bring Me The Horizon. His innovative take on music has also seen him supporting pop/punk artist KennyHoopla on tour and he was also selected by TikTok as one of their #AltMusic artists last year. 

Following the release of her critically acclaimed sophomore album, MYCELiUM earlier this month via Mad Decent, Aluna is back with the official music video for the album’s focus track, ‘Running Blind’, a collaboration with French producer and DJ Tchami, with vocals from Aluna and Atlanta-born artist, songwriter, and producer Kareen Lomax.

Epiphany Dance Theater has announced the program for the 20th anniversary edition of San Francisco Trolley Dances (SFTD), October 21 - 22.

Lachi and acclaimed songwriter James Ian have released a new single and video, “Lift Me Up” featuring Broadway musician Gaelynn Lea, to honor the renowned disability rights activist Judy Heumann who passed away earlier this year. National Alliance for Musical Theatre has revealed the roster of new musicals for their 35th Annual FESTIVAL OF NEW MUSICALS, which returns in person and takes place on Thursday, October 26 and Friday, October 27, 2023, at New World Stages.

The four-track collection includes two brand new songs plus recent singles “Swoop” and “Five Three.” Adeptly swinging between R&B, pop and rap, Drazen offers up distinctive, ultra-relatable tales of modern romance on the EP, which finds him collaborating with producers Rence and Dave Villa (FLETCHER, Daughtry), among others.

He also releases “Shake,” his second single from the album. Yoke Lore’s first full length album, Toward A Never Ending New Beginning is set to solidify Galvin as an indie pioneer, transcending beyond the genre with his unparalleled talent for captivating listeners with his distinct artistic vision and introspective lyricism.

Claud has released “It’s Not About You,” the fourth offering from their eagerly awaited sophomore album, Supermodels, via Saddest Factory Records. The new album follows 2021’s much-lauded Super Monster. The acoustic, catchy tune boasts candid lyricism from Claud as they deal with frustration after a breakup.
