Swedish Grammy Award winning duo, Johnossi have made their return with triumphant single, Longer The Wait, Harder The Fall, via BMG Records, with a new music video performed in their Stockholm rehearsal space.

Felix Jaehn has been an unstoppable force throughout 2019, with a multitude of high profile releases across the year. Following 'Love On Myself' and 'Never Alone' comes another dance/pop centered track from Jaehn, 'Close Your Eyes' with VIZE and Miss Li, which highlights an important topic; mental health. The track is out now via Universal Music, and can be streamed on all platforms.

El Inocente, the new Netflix series created by Oriol Paulo and written by Jordi Vallejo, Oriol Paulo and Guillem Clúa, will star Mario Casas (El Practicante, Hogar, Contratiempo, El Bar, Tres metros sobre el cielo), Aura Garrido (El día de mañana, El Ministerio del Tiempo, Stockholm) and Alexandra Jiménez (Las distancias, Toc toc, KIKI, el amor se hace, Promoción fantasma). The shooting will start on November 22nd.

Today, Penny and Sparrow announced their first tour of 2020 alongside a live video for the song “Stockholm” from their new, critically-acclaimed album Finch. The tour will make stops in New York, Nashville, Chicago and more, with tickets on sale this Friday, November 22. Find a full list of tour dates below or on their website.

Italian gothic metal superstars Lacuna Coil announce they will be joining Finnish multi-Platinum cello-rock band Apocalyptica on The Cell-0 Tour. The band will be direct support for the spring 2020 North American tour, which starts on May 3rd in Orlando, FL and wraps on May 26th in Boston, MA. Presale tickets are available for purchase starting November 20th from 10AM to November 21st 10PM local time using the password: CELL0. Tickets go on sale to the general public on Friday, November 22nd at 10AM local time.

Today at Stockholm Filmfestival Netflix announced two Netflix Films coming out of the Nordics: Red Dot from Sweden, produced by SF Studios and Cadaver from Norway, produced by Motion Blur. Red Dot and Cadaver will premiere exclusively on Netflix. Netflix furthermore announced the global acquisition of the Danish feature film Shadows In My Eyes, produced by Miso Film. The film will have a theatrical release in Denmark followed by the Netflix global launch outside of Denmark. SF Studios will distribute the film.

Molly Hammar, the Swedish chart-topping RnB sensation hailing from Stockholm, will release her captivating new single 'Shortcuts' on October 25th via Cosmos Music. Co-written with Professor P (Avicii, Daniel Adams-Ray) and produced by PARO (Dua Lipa, Alicia Keys, Paloma Faith). 'Shortcuts (I can't wait)' follows hit singles 'No Place Like Me' featuring Big Narstie, 'WORDS' and her summer hit 'Show Me' with Kim Cesarion.

The Country Music Association's international artist-focused touring series Introducing Nashville just wrapped a successful run in Europe and the U.K. The 10-date tour made stops throughout October in Oslo, Stockholm, Hamburg, Berlin, Amsterdam, Manchester, Gateshead, Glasgow and Brighton before wrapping with a sold-out performance at London's Cadogan Hall during Country Music Week.

After a successful tour of mainland Europe and earlier UK dates, Wayne Hussey of UK alternative rock legends The Mission will be playing a new wave of UK dates with London-based dark ethereal artist Evi Vine. Hussey is touring in support of his recently released autobiography 'Salad Daze'. Evi Vine is supporting her new album 'Black Light White Dark'.

Peter Bjorn and John will celebrate their 20-year anniversary in 2020 with the release of their ninth full-length studio album – Endless Dream – due out March 13th via INGRID.  The band is dropping the first single “Rusty Nail” today with the news of the new LP and a Spring US headline tour that kicks off on March 23rd at the Teragram Ballroom in LA and ends on the East Coast where they play Webster Hall on April 10th before wrapping the nearly month long run with a show at Brighton Music Hall in Boston on April 11th.

Admissions by Joshua Elias Harmon is probably the best play I've ever seen at Playhouse Theater in Stockholm. It raises serious and difficult questions about ethics, family, racism and it is viewed from various angels and shows that a lot of things are not as black and white as we might want them to be. The dialogue is well-written and fun so in the middle of the serious it invites to a lot of laughter. All actors are absolutely brilliant in their roles.

The Drottningholms Slottstteater in Stockholm has announced its main production for the summer of 2020 will be a new staging of Agrippina by George Frideric Handel.

he 5th Annual NORDIC INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL, The Biggest Nordic Film Festival Outside Europe, is set to kick off on Wednesday, October 16 and run until Sunday, October 20, 2019. This year's NIFF will take place at its new home, the Roxy Cinema in New York's Roxy Hotel (formerly the Tribeca Grand). Panels & Parties will happen at the iconic new Park Avenue outpost of the acclaimed Stockholm Museum Fotografiska.

The Three Penny Opera is a classic story about poor and dirty London with beggars, thieves and a corrupt police chief, and everything is circulating around Mac the Knife (Fredrik Lycke).

Jim Allison: Breakthrough is the astounding, true story of one warm- hearted, stubborn man's visionary quest to find a cure for cancer. The film traces Allison's remarkable life from his school-boy days in Friday Night Lights, Creationist Texas all the way to Stockholm where, in December of 2018, he accepted the Nobel Prize in Medicine.

Entertainment Exhibitions International (UK) Ltd (EEI), in association with ABBA The Museum in Stockholm, have announced ABBA: Super Troupers The Exhibition in a 14,000 square foot space within London's home of music, The O2. Running from 6th December 2019 to 31st August 2020, the immersive exhibition brings to life the world of chart-topping Swedish pop sensation ABBA (Agnetha Fältskog, Björn Ulvaeus, Benny Andersson, and Anni-Frid (a?oeFridaa??) Lyngstad) in a visitor experience that charts their music, lyrics, creative process and influence as one of the most iconic pop bands of the modern age.

19 of the original singers on Avicii's biggest tracks, including Aloe Blacc, Adam Lambert, Alex Ebert, Rita Ora and Joe Janiak (see full list below) , will come together with a 30 pc band to perform a two hour headline set of his original music on December 5 at the Friends Arena in Stockholm for the Avicii Tribute Concert for Mental Health Awareness, the Avicii team announced today.  The event will open with  headline DJ sets from David Guetta, Kygo, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Laidback Luke and Nicky Romero, all close friends of Tim Bergling.

Award-winning actor, playwright and cancer survivor Valerie David is thrilled to return to Sweden in her critically acclaimed, comical one-woman show The Pink Hulk: One Woman's Journey to Find the Superhero Within this September with a Stockholm premiere at STOFF-X. Last year The Pink Hulk was awarded the WOW award in the Gothenburg Fringe Festival 'for the show that inspired awe in its audiences with its creativity, humour and content.' The Pink Hulk details Ms. David's battle with cancer and how she beat the odds by finding her inner super powers.
