Do you love theatre and have a passion for sharing it with others? Consider joining team BroadwayWorld as one of our local contributors!

BWW is always seeking talented theater enthusiasts to head up feature coverage our over 130 regional areas. As a volunteer, you will have the opportunity to review the shows of your choice, conduct interviews with local and touring talent, design features of your own choosing for publishing, and work/network with your local theater press reps to bring exposure to the theatrical offerings in your area.

All applicants should have excellent writing skills and an interest for giving local theaters and productions some prominence on BroadwayWorld.com.

Oliver Oliveros

Oliver is a seasoned organizational communication, public relations, and digital marketing professional who works with CEOs and young professionals to hone their creativity, stakeholders' engagement strategies, and writing and communication skills.

As a traveling professional, who earned his master's degree from New York University (NYU), he helps a wide range of clients and employers--from Pepsi to real estate developers, from startups to art galleries--in making their brands resonate in both traditional and digital media. Simultaneously, he writes and edits for New York-based media outlets BroadwayWorld.com and Fil-Am Who's Who, which cater to different audiences. Still, both deliver engaging and tightly-edited content.

His mission is to educate people in finding their distinctive voice, which can penetrate deeper into the physical and social space full of noise and clutter.

He teaches public relations, media relations, writing for organizations, publishing fundamentals, and social media listening and management at De La Salle University-Manila.

He is also fascinated with people who support the arts, give voice to the voiceless, and hop on their bikes during the weekend.

Gilbert Kim Sancha

Gilbert Kim Sancha is the chief critic and host of BroadwayWorld Philippines and Singapore, providing expert reviews and commentary on stage productions and live performances.

As the Entertainment Editor of Simpol.ph, Kim oversees high-quality content on film, television, theater, music, and pop culture. His work is dedicated to celebrating the performing arts and bringing insightful perspectives to both local and international audiences.

Previously, Kim worked as a lifestyle and entertainment multimedia journalist and host at the Daily Tribune, where he covered lifestyle, entertainment, arts, pageants, and fashion. His reporting included interviews with industry leaders, in-depth cultural analysis, and coverage of major entertainment events.

Kim holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication from Far Eastern University and is currently studying Spanish at Instituto Cervantes de Manila. Fluent in Filipino, English, and Spanish, he connects with diverse audiences and brings a global perspective to his work.

In addition to his journalism, Kim has strong experience in production and stage management, having worked behind the scenes on numerous theatrical productions and live events. A passionate supporter of the arts, he regularly immerses himself in plays, musicals, operas, and fashion shows, deepening both his expertise and appreciation for the creative world.
