Get ready for an electrifying night of music as Rockers on Broadway: 30th Anniversary adds new special guests, including Debbie Gibson. Don't miss the star-studded lineup at this highly anticipated event celebrating its milestone anniversary.

Timberlake wrote and performed new original music for the film, which also includes music from the cast and some of the top artists including Kid Cudi, Camila Cabello, Troye Sivan, Anna Kendrick and more. Through a collection of 14 tracks, the soundtrack stays true to Trolls' signature psychedelic joy-bomb of new and classic pop hits. 

This retro retelling of the Cinderella story whisks us back to the sun-kissed days and lava lamp lit nights of 1976 with an original musical score that blends the sounds of disco rhythms and Broadway musical magic.

Vintage Trouble comprises lead singer Ty Taylor, guitarist Nalle Colt, bassist Rick Barrio Dill, and drummer Richard Danielson. Taking the best parts of James Brown, Mick Jagger, Bruno Mars and Prince, vocalist Ty is widely regarded as one of the finest frontmen of his generation. The band will also be bringing their electric live show to the UK.

The production will tell the story of Steve Rogers, better known as Captain America, joined by Peggy Carter, Nick Fury and select members of the Avengers. The musical follows Rogers' journey from World War II to leading the Avengers as Captain America. The musical was teased by Marc Shaiman and Scott Wittman's 'Save the City' in Hawkeye.

Broadway veteran and award-winning recording artist Matt Zarley will premiere a new, twelve-episode musical web series, “11 O'Clock Number,” on Monday, March 27, 2023, at 11 p.m. ET.

Disney Parks have teased that Shaiman and Wittman's Rogers: the Musical will be adapted into a complete production for a run at Disney California Adventure Park this summer. The theme park's official Twitter account shared a video of a woman holding a program for the musical walking into the Hyperion Theatre.

Disney's latest Marvel series, Hawkeye, featured the fictional Rogers: The Musical, complete with an original song from Tony-winning collaborators Marc Shaiman and Scott Wittman. BroadwayWorld caught up with Shaiman and Wittman about the new song, their Marvel knowledge, and which Marvel film they would give the full musical treatment to!

Casting has been announced for For The Record and The Wallis’ production of LOVE ACTUALLY LIVE, the multimedia concert celebration of the beloved holiday film from Universal Pictures/Working Title, with performances from Saturday, November 27 to Friday, December 31, 2021, at the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts. Broadway and television star Aaron Lazar (Fox’s Filthy Rich, Broadway’s The Last Ship, A Little Night Music, Les Misérables, and The Light in the Piazza) joins the exciting lineup of talented performers alongside singer/songwriter, musician, producer and engineer, Brian McKnight Jr., who comes from a legendary musically gifted family including famed father Brian McKnight. American Idol 4th place finalist on season 4, Anthony Fedorov, Zoey's Extraordinary Playlist actor Michael Thomas Grant, and RCA recording artist Nina Nelson, member of girl group Citizen Queen (with over 30 million music video views), also join the cast for the first time. Rounding out the group of newcomers is Cheyenne Wells who starred in the recent production of Little Shop of Horrors at Pasadena Playhouse with MJ Rodriguez.

Lythgoe Family Panto (LFP), presents a virtual at home sing-along concert CAROLS FOR KIDS, benefiting Children's Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA), and featuring stars from a decade of Lythgoe Family productions.

The Composers Showcase has joined forces with WE/EC (stage technicians and backstage workers) and will present the first live showcase since March when The Smith Center was closed due to the pandemic. The Composers Showcase will kick off On With the Show! a 4-night live-streamathon on YouTube and Twitch beginning in the evening on Oct. 23 and continuing in the evenings Oct. 24-26.
