Spencer Howard and Kate Rockwell have a new company to promote and that led to a wonderful evening of musical entertainment at Birdland this week.

On Monday October 18th, Broadway Booker, a mobile-friendly website that allows you to book your favorite Broadway stars for both virtual and in-person events, is bringing their roster of bookable Broadway stars to Birdland for a one-night-only concert!

BIRDLAND THEATER will present Christina Bianco in her new show “A Lot to Unpack” on Friday, October 15 and Saturday, October 16 at 8:30 PM. Her bags are packed for London but before she leaves her hometown this globetrotting, genre-crossing, multi-voiced, multi-wig-wearing funny girl has some serious unpacking to do.

BIRDLAND will present Amanda Green & Friends “Vaxxed AF!” on Monday, October 4 at 7:00 PM. Tony Award-nominated lyricist/composer and award-winning performer Amanda Green will be joined by some amazing Broadway friends, including Darius de Haas, Ann Harada, Lesli Margherita, Curtis Moore, Natalie Douglas, and Dan Finnerty of The Dan Band.

On Thursday, May 13th, Gale Brewer, City Council Candidate in District 6, will host “Broadway & Beyond for Brewer”, a star-studded virtual fundraiser with performances and appearances by fan favorites from the screen and Broadway stage.

NY State Senator Brad Hoylman, who is currently running to be the next Manhattan Borough President, has a long history supporting the performing arts and cultural institutions in New York City. André De Shields, Judy Kuhn, Liz Calloway, Ryann Redmond, Telly Lueng, Seth Rudetsky, and more have come together signing a letter of endorsement.
