In a weekend described by participants as anything but 'virtual', students from schools around the world joined together to celebrate the magic of live theatre in a digital theatrical venue.

MT Shorts will release its original musical short film HIGH SCHOOL ZOOMSICAL on YouTube Wednesday, March 31st at 4:00 PM Eastern. HIGH SCHOOL ZOOMSICAL, is a hilarious contemporary love-letter to the theatre community that brings a little levity, a little romance, and a whole lot of jazz hands.

The theater community just reunited in Times Square exactly one year to the day since Broadway shut-down for 'We Will Be Back,' a special live pop-up experience and commemoration of Broadway's 'lost year.'

Bringing You Broadway, is a new non-profit organization where Broadway artists create unique performances for children with developmental disabilities. Join Bringing You Broadway for a very special benefit concert being live streamed for 4 days only, beginning April 2nd at 8pm.

NextStage Theatre Company caps of it's pandemic-proof theatre season with New Sounds of the Season. This virtual cabaret features original Holiday music composed by over 30 authors from around the world.

New York Theatre Barn will host a free live stream of the 31st installment of its virtual New Works Series on Wednesday, December 2nd, 2020 at 7PM EDT, featuring excerpts from the new musicals The Ladies Man and Millennials Are Killing Musicals.

THE SPOTLIGHT SERIES, a bi-monthly live streamed concert series created by A LITTLE NEW MUSIC will “spotlight” the music of composer/lyricist, Drew Fornarola on December 1st. 

New York Theatre Barn will continue to host weekly free live streams of its New Works Series each Wednesday evening at 7PM ET. Available on New York Theatre Barn's YouTube channel and Broadway on Demand, each installment of the live 45-minute series includes excerpts from two new musicals and a conversation with the writers and creative team.

With wholesome jokes, clever Zoom cinematography, and even more clever Zoom choreography, I escaped into a wonderful world of fun songs and kind characters for the night.
