Experimental Bitch Presents is excited to announce the creative team for the workshop production of interdisciplinary performance piece, In the Kitchen, playing this October. The production will inaugurate the company's 2019-2020 season in residence at Access Theater. Performances will be held on October 25th at 8pm, October 26th at 8pm, and October 27th at 4pm, in the Gallery at Access Theater, 380 Broadway New York, NY 10013. 59E59 Theaters present the US premiere of ONE DISCORDANT VIOLIN adapted from Yann Martel's short story The Time I Heard the Private Donald J. Rankin String Concerto with One Discordant Violin, by the American Composer John Morton by Anthony Black, directed by Ann-Marie Kerr and Anthony Black, and featuring an original score by Aaron Collier and Jacques Mindreau.

Cult-indie band Murder By Death is hitting the road early next year to celebrate 20 years since their first show. The milestone 2020 tour will feature songs selected from all eight albums in the band's catalog and fan-curated setlists each night.

USA Network has set the cast and director for the pilot MASTERS OF DOOM. The pilot will star Eduardo Franco ('Booksmart'), Patrick Gibson ('The OA'), John Karna ('Valley of the Boom'), Jane Ackermann ('Neptune') and Siobhan Williams ('Deadly Class'). Peter Friedman ('Succession') will recur as a guest star.

Celebrated pop rock trio HANSON are bringing their 'Wintry Mix' tour to select cities across North America, this November and December. The concerts will feature an eclectic mix of Christmas and holiday classics, fan favorites and the live preview of brand new music from the band's forthcoming seventh studio album, set for release in 2020. Fresh off of the release of new full-length album Dragons which was released on August 16th, 2019 via Thirty Tigers, Drew Holcomb and The Neighbors are set to kick off the Dragons Tour later this week with a sold out show at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville. The album serves as Holcomb's most collaborative effort to date and the first to feature co-writers and guests including Lori McKenna, Natalie Hemby, The Lone Bellow, Ellie Holcomb, Sean McConnell, and producer Cason Cooley. Nada Surf has announced plans for a major U.S. tour. The headline dates begin January 14 at Seattle, WA's Neptune Theatre and then travel through early February (see itinerary below). Support throughout comes from Apex Manor (January 14-19), Lees Of Memory (January 27), and Aaron Lee Tasjan (solo - January 29-February 1); additional special guests will be announced. Cold War Kids have officially announced the release of their eagerly anticipated new album. NEW AGE NORMS 1 arrives Friday, November 1 via CWKTWO/AWAL; digital and physical pre-orders – including CD and a white vinyl 12” pressed at 45 rpm – are available beginning today. Produced by Lars Stalfors (St. Vincent, HEALTH, Foster the People), NEW AGE NORMS 1 marks the first volume of a three-album trilogy from Cold War Kids. CBS announced today the 20 castaways who will compete against each other on SURVIVOR when the Emmy Award-winning series returns for its 39th season with a special 90-minute premiere, Wednesday, Sept. 25 (8:00-9:30 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

America's adored World-Folk music group, Rising Appalachia, have already had a career-defining year and it's the start of September. Today, Foals debut “The Runner,” the second song off their forthcoming album, Everything Not Saved Will Be Lost – Part 2, which will be released on Warner Records on October 18th. Everything Not Saved Will Be Lost – Part 1 has been shortlisted for this month's Mercury Prize, and both “The Runner” and the previously released song, “Black Bull”, encapsulate Part 2's stylistic evolution. The song is set in the aftermath of the landscape described in the final songs of Everything Not Saved Will Be Lost – Part 1, a world that reflects our current emotional, political, and environmental predicament.
