The producers of EMOJILAND THE MUSICAL announced that the production’s national tour will close after its opening in Columbus, Ohio this weekend. The hit 2020 Off-Broadway show was set for a seven-week tour originally scheduled to kick off on Friday, June 3rd in Columbus, Ohio and play several other cities across the United States.

The Boston premiere of EMOJILAND comes to The Boch Center Shubert Theatre from Tuesday, June 14 – Sunday, June 19, 2022. Max Brod Productions announced today the new musical comedy, A Turtle on a Fence Post, which will begin previews on Tuesday, October 26, 2021, ahead of an official Opening Night on Sunday, November 14. The production will be the first to open at the newly renamed Theater 555 at 555 W. 42nd Street.

The production will be released in association with Broadway Podcast Network, streaming in three unique episodes beginning July 30th.

The cast of EMOJILAND THE MUSICAL will celebrate their cast album release at 7PM on Monday, March 23, at Barnes & Noble's 150 East 86th St. location.

Theatre Upstairs of Phoenix, AZ and Tyler Boettcher & Lauren Rohs will present an industry staged reading of The Red Wool, a new raucous comedy by Broadway's Jeremy Kareken (Lifespan of a Fact). The industry presentation will take place on Monday, February 10th at a private residence in New York City. Tony Award winning playwright & actor Greg Kotis (Urinetown) will star as King Ashurnasirpal II, leading a Phoenix based cast.
