Broadway star of Mamma Mia, Wonderland, Hairspray, and Sunset Boulevard, KAREN MASON, and award-winning guitarist, SEAN HARKNESS, will join recording and cabaret artist, KEVIN DOZIER, to celebrate the holidays and the release of Kevin's 4th studio recording, 'Christmas Eve', at The Green Room 42 in Manhattan on December 17th with music direction by ALEX RYBECK.

The nonprofit Sundance Institute announced today the showcase of new independent feature films selected across all categories for the 2020 Sundance Film Festival. The Festival hosts screenings in Park City, Salt Lake City and at Sundance Mountain Resort, from January 23a?"February 2, 2020. The Sundance Film Festival is Sundance Institute's flagship public program, widely regarded as the largest American independent film festival and attended by more than 120,000 people and 1,300 accredited press, and powered by more than 2,000 volunteers last year.

Ginger Minj, a fan-favorite on a?oeRuPaul's Drag Racea?? and a?oeRuPaul's Drag Race All-Stars,a?? has joined the cast of the Los Angeles revival of Tom Eyen's cult prison comedy a?oeWomen Behind Bars,a?? playing the role of Ada.  The Equity production will run for eight performances only for two consecutive weekends, Jan. 24-Feb. 2, at the 900-seat Montalban Theatre in Hollywood (formerly the Doolittle), directed by Scott Thompson.  Minj replaces the previously-announced Thorgy Thor, who has withdrawn due to a conflict.  

3TEETH and Carnifex announced that they are coming together this spring for a North America co-headline tour. META X starts on March 13th in Santa Ana wrapping up on April 17th in Los Angeles, making stops in major markets including New York City, Nashville, Chicago, and more. Emmy Award-winning actress and writer Renée Taylor a?" known to millions as Fran Fine's food obsessed mother, Sylvia, on a?oeThe Nannya?? a?" opened November 22nd to unanimous rave reviews in her comedy smash MY LIFE ON A DIET at George Street Playhouse. Called a?oefascinating, lighthearted and spicya?? by The New York Times, MY LIFE ON A DIET, an autobiographical comedy written by Ms. Taylor and her late husband Joseph Bologna, had an enormously successful run last season Off-Broadway under the direction of Mr. Bologna.
