A Hollywood Reporter exclusive reveals the creation of Peachtree & Vine Productions, a new company between long-time collaborators Tyler Perry and Tim Palen.

Starz, a Lionsgate company (NYSE: LGF.A, LGF.B), in association with Sony Pictures Television, today announced that the fifth season of the Golden Globe(R)-nominated STARZ Original series 'Outlander' will premiere on Sunday, February 16, 2020 on STARZ.

Academy Award®-winning producer and screenwriter Mark Boal, best known for penning the screenplays for “Zero Dark Thirty” and “The Hurt Locker,” released by Lionsgate's Summit Entertainment label, is set to adapt Mitchell Zuckoff's Harper Collins book “Fall and Rise: The Story of 9/11” for ABC. As previously announced, the network is developing a limited series in 2021 inspired by the bestselling book to commemorate and honor the 20th anniversary of the events of September 11. The series will be produced by Lionsgate and 3 Arts Entertainment, and executive produced by Erwin Stoff and Richard Abate of 3 Arts as well as Mitchell Zuckoff. Boal will also executive produce.

Emerson Colonial theatre announces a special 20th anniversary screening of the 1999 psychological horror film, The Blair Witch Project. The evening will consist of a special screening of the film, followed by a moderated question-and-answer session with the film's director, Eduardo Sanchez, and actor Michael C. ABC Entertainment President Karey Burke announced today that ABC has secured the rights to Mitchell Zuckoff's bestselling book “Fall and Rise: The Story of 9/11.” In order to commemorate and honor the 20th anniversary of the events of September 11, the network will develop a limited series based on the Harper Collins book in 2021. The series will be produced by Lionsgate and 3 Arts Entertainment and executive produced by Erwin Stoff and Richard Abate of 3 Arts as well as Mitchell Zuckoff.

Bandits on the Run have premiered the new single, “Sweet Thing,” on Pancakes And Whiskey, in advance of its release on July 26th. This is the second offering from the upcoming EP, Bandits Live at the Power Station, to be released on August 16th in conjunction with a celebratory performance at NYC's Mercury Lounge. The EP includes several Bandits on the Run fan favorites, such as the singles “Sweet Thing” and “Potted Plant,” which have captured the attention of live audiences but were previously not officially released.
