AIN’T TOO PROUD – THE LIFE AND TIMES OF THE TEMPTATIONS is coming to the Citizens Bank Opera House.  Performances April 19 – May 1, 2022 as part of the Lexus Broadway In Boston Season.

The National Tour of Ain't Too Proud officially kicked off at the Kennedy Center, after cancelling 15 performances due to COVID-19. Performances began on December 28 and continued through January 16.

Presenting their newest original work, Aurway Repertory Theatre's, Life Through My Eyes, written and composed by Lawrence Dandridge and directed by Veronica Gonmiah, will be making its stage premiere, this week, at the New York Winterfest 2021!

Aurway Repertory Theatre has a special treat, just in time for the holiday season. They're back with another edition of their series “Musicals in Concert”, this time featuring the music and story of, Wish List, written by playwright & director, Kathy D. Harrison.

After a week of public performances at Durham Performing Arts Center, the tour will officially launch at the Kennedy Center in Washington D.C. this December, before continuing to 50+ cities across North America, including a homecoming to The Temptations roots in Detroit.

Aurway Repertory Theatre is back with another fresh edition of their virtual concert series “Musicals in Concert”, this time featuring the music and cast of their newest original work, Life Through My Eyes, written by award-winning, playwright & director, Lawrence Dandridge.

Pleasant Valley Productions in collaboration with the Mac-Haydn Theatre will present a developmental production of David Maglione's newest musical work, The Most Incredible Thing. This project is a commissioned piece for the Children's Theater season at the Mac-Haydn Theatre, located in Chatham, New York.

IndieWorks Theatre Company has announced the first season of its new podcast, Bite-Sized Broadway, a Mini-Musical Podcast. The first season features ten 50-minute episodes that showcase fully-produced, digitally-orchestrated 'mini-musicals' followed by in-depth conversations with our 18 writers from around the globe. Writers will have the opportunity to share about their process, careers, and current and upcoming works. The first episode will premiere on Monday, October 5, with new episodes on the first and third Monday of each month.

Vanguard Theater Company will present Spring Awakening, by Steven Sater and Duncan Sheik, for four performances only on January 17-19 at the American Theater for Actors, 314 W 54th Street, NY, NY.

WHAT COMES NEXT?, a play written by Lawrence Dandridge will be presented at the historic Arts High School in Newark, New Jersey, for one night only on November 15th at 8pm.

Williams & Bartholick Theatricals is putting on a free reading of their new musical TWO THOUSAND MILES in honor of World Arthritis Day on Saturday, October 12th at 5:00pm. The reading will take place at Sunlight Studios in Studio D. Two Thousand Miles is an original musical with a book by Alyssa Williams with Morgan Bartholick, music & lyrics by Matthew DeMaria and Alyssa Williams, with additional music & lyrics by Hans Zanger and Kelsey Kindall.
