What Lisa Viggiano has as a performer that was not apparent in Jane Olivor’s work is a wry and ironic sense of humor. When Viggiano allows her spirit to come front and center, the show she has created with director Mark Nadler really flies. However, for much of the performance, it feels as if Ms. Viggiano is attempting to constrain her own ebullient personality into the earnest, serious personality of Jane Olivor. I left the show wanting less Jane Olivor and more Lisa Viggiano. In short, Jane is cramping Lisa’s style.

JUDI MARK returns to the stage with a musical celebration of four- time Tony Award winner

The award-winning SITI Company, a leading New York-based theater ensemble celebrated locally and internationally, concludes its Finale 30th Anniversary Season with the Radio Play tour, a series of three theatrical works inspired by the groundbreaking radio shows Orson Welles created with the Mercury Theatre in the late 1930s.

Linda Kahn is returning to The Laurie Beechman Theatre with her critically acclaimed solo cabaret debut show, “Say Yes!” on Sunday, September 18 at 4 pm and Saturday, October 22 at 7 pm. The show was previously performed at The Triad Theater last November and The Laurie Beechman Theatre in February and May. 

The work of Nicolette Blount will presented at 54 Below as part of Women of The Wings Volume 4: A Celebration of Female Musical Theatre Writers on September 30th at 9:30pm.

Linda Kahn will return to the Laurie Beechman Theatre in her Jeff Harnar-helmed solo show debut SAY YES! for two dates in September and October.

Deborah Stone will present 'Chiaroscuro', critically acclaimed show, in its Laurie Beechman Theatre debut on October 9 at 7:00 PM.
