George Street Playhouse announced today its 2021 Virtual Summer Theater Academy for young people between the ages of 5-18.
In this unforgettable play, based on the best-selling book by Cheryl Strayed and adapted for the stage by Oscar-nominated writer Nia Vardalos, wit and hard-won wisdom are dished out in the advice column exchanges between a writer who goes by the name of “Sugar” and her readers.
George Street Playhouse (GSP) is currently presenting the virtual play, Tiny Beautiful Things through May 23. Superbly directed by the Playhouse’s Artistic Director, David Saint, the play is based on the best-selling book by Cheryl Strayed, “Tiny Beautiful Things: Advice on Love and Life from Dear Sugar.”

Broadway's Future Songbook Series - presented by Arts and Artists of Tomorrow - continues its 2019-20 season on Monday, November 25th in the Bruno Walter Auditorium at the New York Public Library for the Performing Arts at Lincoln Center located at 111 Amsterdam Avenue and 65th Street. Produced and Hosted by John Znidarsic, the evening spotlights the new musical - MANDELA. Show time is 6PM and ADMISSION IS FREE.
