Angelica Ross will take on the role of Roxie Hart in Chicago on Broadway next month. Ross makes her Broadway debut in the role beginning Monday, September 12, 2022. Ross has given an inside look into rehearsals with a video on her official Twitter account of the song 'Nowadays'.

The summer concerts — free and open to all New Yorkers — will include performances from 2022 Tony Award Nominee Shoshana Bean (Wicked, Waitress, Mr. Saturday Night), 2022 Tony Award Winner Matt Doyle (Company, Spring Awakening), Ashley de la Rosa (Hamilton, Mean Girls, Rent) and Jelani Remy (The Lion King, Ain’t Too Proud).

Beginning today, Friday, August 12 at 11AM, same day $55 digital rush tickets will be available for Broadway’s A STRANGE LOOP. Digital rush tickets will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis, throughout the day, until 30 minutes before the performance time. One person may buy up to 2 tickets at $55 each.

The Broadway company of the Tony Award-winning, record-breaking hit musical Chicago will welcome actress and human rights advocate Angelica Ross (“Pose,” “American Horror Story”) making her Broadway debut in the role of Roxie Hart beginning Monday, September 12, 2022.

Octopus Theatricals, in partnership with Phantom Limb Company and Arts Brookfield, announced a series of new mobile puppet performances collectively titled, “THE PUPPET CYCLE: Small World Stories.” Commissioned by Arts Brookfield, the performances are free, open to the public and will premiere at Brookfield Properties' Manhattan West, Zuccotti Park, and Brooklyn Commons in late July and August.

Tickets for A STRANGE LOOP, the 2020 Pulitzer Prize Award winner for Drama and Tony Award winner for Best Musical and Best Book of a Musical, are now on sale through Sunday, January 15, 2023.

Broadway's 2022 Best Musical, Michael R. Jackson's A Strange Loop, made its first return to the stage tonight following its Tony Awards triumph. At their first curtain call back, star Jaquel Spivey and the Loop ensemble celebrated their big win with a packed house. 

All new production photos have been released from A Strange Loop, Michael R. Jackson's Tony-Award- and Pulitzer-Prize winning musical, now playing at the Lyceum Theater (149 W 45th St).
