STAGES St. Louis has announced the creative team behind their 2023 Season at The Ross Family Theatre at the Kirkwood Performing Arts Center. The 2023 Season includes Elton John & Tim Rice's AIDA; the hilarious farce meets murder-mystery, CLUE; and the Grand Finale of the season, the rock 'n roll musical smash, MILLION DOLLAR QUARTET.

The Wedding Singer The Musical Comedy, based on the 1998 Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore film, will open on January 27 and run until February 26 at The Gateway in Bellport.

What did our critic think of HEAD OVER HEELS at The Gateway? Happy Pride! June is starting off splendidly with The Gateway's wonderful incarnation of Head Over Heels. Running through June 26th, this Keith Andrews directed mounting boasts an extraordinary cast and the fun music of the Go-Go's. Not to mention they are using the same sets and costumes from the Broadway production. Indeed, this show should be on the list for your summer viewing.

For the 25th anniversary season, Tuacahn is  producing their biggest season ever with popular productions Disney's Beauty and the  Beast and Annie.

Now in the middle of their spectacular fourteenth season, the John W. Engeman Theatre continues to dazzle with an excellent rendition of Million Dollar Quartet. It is a dramatization of a real jam session between Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, Jerry Lee Lewis, and Carl Perkins. The Engeman's terrific incarnation of the jukebox musical by Floyd Mutrux and Colin Escott runs through March 1st at the exquisite Northport venue.

A WALL APART is a heart-pounding original rock musical about the Berlin Wall that fills the room with palpable passion and a soaring score by Lord Graham Russell of Air Supply. The show was first introduced at the New York Musical Theatre Festival, and the same production team transferred to the Grand Theatre for its fully staged world premiere.

The dazzling 70th season at The Gateway continues with the Long Island premiere of The Bodyguard. Excellently directed by Keith Andrews, the production runs at the charming Bellport venue through July 20th. Indeed, this show is one not to miss.

Producing Artistic Director Chuck Tobin today announced the July 17 opening of the Off-Broadway musical revue I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change at Saint Michael's Playhouse in Colchester, Vermont. I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change features a book and lyrics by Tony Award-winner Joe DiPietro (Memphis, Nice Work If You Can Get It) and music by Jimmy Roberts (The Velveteen Rabbit, The Thing About Men) and is directed by Keith Andrews who has directed numerous SMP productions (Spamalot, Young Frankenstein, Million Dollar Quartet).

Former Secret Service agent turned bodyguard, Frank Farmer, is hired to protect superstar Rachel Marron from an unknown stalker. Each expects to be in charge - what they don't expect is to fall in love.

Featuring an all Argentinean cast: Valeria Llaneza, Carmen Borla, Natalia Ivana Escobar and Jesica Terry. The play tells the life story of four completely different friends who had been complementing each other for twenty-five years: Katherine, Caroline, Nathalie and Vivian. During one of their regular gatherings, the unexpected happens and their friendship is tested.

It is a milestone year for The Gateway, and they are celebrating big time. The Bellport venue begins their incredible 70th season with the regional premiere of the Broadway hit On Your Feet!, The Story Of Emilio and Gloria Estefan. If opening weekend is any indication, the rhythm is indeed going to get you.
