Kristin Chenoweth and Tam Mutu have been announced to join the lineup for 'Becca' the tribute concert for Rebecca Luker, which will raise money for ALS research on May 4th.
Today, Target ALS has announced a one-night only streaming concert honoring the life of famed Broadway star Rebecca Luker. Diagnosed with ALS in late 2019, Luker passed away in December 2020. The show will feature stories and songs from Luker’s career, performed by Broadway’s best-known talent, and will raise much-needed funds for ALS research.
PS CLASSICS has announced the release of All the Girls – the new album from Rebecca Luker and Sally Wilfert – on CD online and in stores today, Friday, March 5. It was released in digital and streaming formats in December. The album marks the final recording by Ms. Luker, a Broadway luminary for over 30 years, who passed away late last year.

This has been a strange year. It started with so many theatrical opportunities in the Des Moines area. Unfortunately that all changed on March 14 when theatres across the state started closing their current shows early and having to cancel the rest of their seasons due to Covid 19. This has led to financial hardships for theatres across the country.
From the Bedford Playhouse stage in New York, back curtains bathed in red and green light, and beautifully decorated with poinsettias and a Christmas tree, one of Broadway's most celebrated songstresses welcomed in the holiday season.
