Blair St. Clair, a contestant on RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 10 and RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars Season 5, will star as Jamie New in the Global Regional Premiere of Everybody’s Talking About Jamie at New Hampshire’s award-winning Weathervane Theatre this summer.

BroadwayWorld was invited to a celebration of Everybody’s Talking About Jamie at the Peacock Theatre. We were treated to a Q&A with Dan Gillespie Sells (Music), Ivano Turco (Jamie New), Giovanna Fletcher (Miss Hedge) and Talia Palamathanan (Pritti Pasha), hosted by Jonathan Butterell (Director). This time, the reader question was: Is How To Dance in Ohio the only musical based on a documentary?

This is a gold standard production in every sense of the phrase. It holds up extremely well against the west end production, to which inevitable comparisons will be drawn. Ivano Turco is fourth in a line of iconic Jamies past, and his elegance of movement is what sets him apart from those who stood before him. Turco’s beauty and grace is imbued in every step taken and every note sung, and it takes no time at all to fall in love with him.

The world premiere of Ashley Robinson's play with music, Brokeback Mountain, has now opened @sohoplace. Directed by Jonathan Butterell with songs by Dan Gillespie Sells, the show stars Mike Faist as Jack and Lucas Hedges as Ennis, both making their West End stage debuts.

A brand new song has been released from the world premiere stage adaptation of Annie Proulx’s short story, Brokeback Mountain, a new play with music. In the video, Eddi Reader sings ‘Sharing Your Heart’. This is the moment where Alma (played by Emily Fairn) realises that her husband, Ennis Del Mar (played by Lucas Hedges), also loves another.
