The smash-hit Only Fools and Horses The Musical is to close at London’s Theatre Royal Haymarket on Saturday 29 April after four incredible years – making it the longest running production staged in the Theatre Royal’s 200+ year history.

Paul Whitehouse will return to the cast of the smash hit West End show Only Fools and Horses The Musical next year, starring once again as the lovable Grandad from 9 January. The critically acclaimed musical is also extending its run at London’s Theatre Royal Haymarket for a further three months until 29 April.

Rose City Band have announced their signing to Thrill Jockey Records. The group's self-titled debut album, produced by Ripley Johnson (Wooden Shjips / Moon Duo) and mixed by Chris Cohen (Captured Tracks / Deerhoof) will be re-issued by Thrill Jockey Records on limited-edition red vinyl on January 17th, 2020, with a new album planned for later in the year.

Following huge demand for tickets, Only Fools and Horses The Musical at the Theatre Royal Haymarket has been extended for a further five months until February 2020. The show, which opened in February this year to a host of glowing reviews, has sold over 200,000 tickets so far and will release a further 100,000 tickets on Monday 10 June.

When it was announced that Trotters Independent Traders' three-wheeled 'yellow peril' was heading direct to London's West End in the form of a new musical, a few eyebrows were raised. Only Fools and Horses - The Musical was the brainchild of TV series creator John Sullivan, though it has been realised by his son Jim and comedian Paul Whitehouse. Taking a song written by John Sullivan and singer Chas Hodges, along with some notes and ideas, Whitehouse and Jim Sullivan have created a 'greatest hits' of sorts; over 40 hours of TV material has been filtered and spliced together to create this new two-hour stage show.
