TOArts has announced the current line-up for the 2022-2023 season, featuring 37 engaging new events.  Included are music, dance, blues, comedy, magic and theater.

Brickman will dazzle audiences with his unique piano style, all his greatest hits, and his compelling storytelling style playing his Greatest Hits and celebrating Cleveland's Rock and Roll roots featuring Marc Lee Shannon - Guitarist with Michael Stanley's Resonators for 25 years, Anne Cochran and electric violinist Tracy Silverman plus other surprise guests.

Mary Bensel, Executive Director of the Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall, has announced ten additional shows for the upcoming season. Tickets for these shows go on sale Friday, July 15 at 10 a.m. The remainder of the 2022-2023 season will be announced at a later date.

Blue Note Hawaii, the legendary venue for live entertainment, is proud to announce a month full of entertainment in the heart of Waikiki. April is full of laughs, local music and international superstars. Kool & the Gang makes its highly anticipated debut, while guitar legend Larry Carlton makes a stop in the islands for his Farewell Tour.

After a five-year hiatus, Schroeder will return to his hometown high school to raise money for this benefit concert. The Todd Schroeder's Young Artist Grant (YAG) was started in 1995 for visual and performing arts students at Sonora High School in Sonora, California. Since its inception, over 50 grants have been awarded.

Due to popular demand, multiple Grammy nominee and best-selling recording artist Jim Brickman announced today that he has extended the deadline for final entry submissions for Brickman's Big Break, the first national talent competition exclusively for singers and musicians over 40 through Tuesday, September 7. 

The judges of Brickman's Big Break will include Grammy Award winner Thelma Houston, Emmy Award® winner Victoria Shaw, Michael Orland (“American Idol”), Phil Guerini (Jonas Group Entertainment), and Erik Olesen (Crush Music).  Due to an overwhelming response, Brickman has extended the submission deadline for entries to September 7.

There are some performers who are blessed with an ineffable quality called “stage presence.” They enter a stage and instantly command your attention, even if they are not really doing much. It is more than looks or charisma or talent. It’s as if they are able to alter the very air in a room simply by being there. Singer/songwriter Anthony Nunziata is such a performer. His self-titled show which opened tonight at The Green Room 42 was 70 minutes of great songwriting and compelling storytelling.
