The trend for stage adaptations of already popular material shows no sign of relenting, as a musical version of everyone’s favourite autumn comfort watching comes to the West End. It transfers following a successful run at the Cheltenham Everyman last summer, and stars Haydn Gwynne and John Owen-Jones as judges Pam Lee and Phil Hollinghurst (although we know who they’re really supposed to be). Welcome to The Great British Bake Off Musical!

Mark Goucher Productions has announced the full cast for The Great British Bake Off Musical for its transfer to London's West End, opening at the Noël Coward Theatre for a limited twelve-week run from 25 February to 13 May 2023.  

The Olivier Award, which had been stolen during October's Musical Con, has been found! The fan convention took place at ExCeL London in October. The event was the first of its kind and brought together 10,000 musical theatre fans for a celebration of musicals.

Musical Con have released the full schedule for their exciting fan convention, which is taking place at ExCeL London later this month. The sold-out event is the first of its kind and brings together 10,000 musical theatre fans and enthusiasts over the weekend for a celebration of musicals.

Full casting has been announced for the UK theatrical premiere of Rodgers + Hammerstein's Cinderella, opening at Hope Mill Theatre in Manchester in November.

On Sunday 18th September 2022 at 7.00pm GMT (1900hrs), greats of the West End and Broadway join together for a unique night of musical theatre at REGENERATE: Lost Songs from the Musicals.

Based on the novel by Frances Hodgson Burnett with book and lyrics by Marsha Norman and music by Lucy Simon, the Tony Award-winning musical THE SECRET GARDEN returns to the West End for a one-night-only concert celebration at The London Palladium on Sunday 28 August. The Other Palace studio will present Connections the concert. The line-up includes Oliver Tompsett (& Juliet, Wicked), Grace Mouat (Six, Legally Blonde, & Juliet), Billy Nevers (Legally Blonde, & Juliet), Nathaniel Morrison (Sister Act, Jersey boys), Sarah Mcfarlane and Rhys Wilkinson (& Juliet), and more to be announced.

Hope Mill Theatre in Manchester is to stage the UK theatrical premiere of the Broadway musical version of Rodgers + Hammerstein's Cinderella. Jacob Fowler will play Prince Topher opposite the recently announced Grace Mouat, who plays Ella.
