In the midst of a winning season that will mark the network's sixth consecutive September-to-September victory fueled by an unbeatable summer of alternative programming, NBC unveils a new year-round lineup that builds on the industry's most stable schedule with top returning stars, addictive dramas and an infusion of original comedies. The new slate, which will add four first-year dramas and four freshman comedies over the course of the 2019-20 season, will carry a robust fall lineup into a powerhouse midseason filled with returning favorites and big new shows for every audience.

Multiple-GRAMMY® Award-winning singer/songwriter Rob Thomas has announced the second leg of his North American Chip Tooth Tour, supporting his fourth solo album Chip Tooth Smile (available now via Emblem/Atlantic Records). The 18 new dates will kick off August 16th in Port Chester, NY for a second night at Capitol Theatre and continue through end of September, featuring special guest Max Frost (select shows only). The tour's first leg is set to kick off May 28th in Red Bank, NJ at the Count Basie Center for the Arts and will continue through early August.

Ellen DeGeneres is bringing her holiday giveaways to primetime for 2019! NBC has set Ellen's Greatest Night of Giveaways, a three episode-special, to premiere during the holidays, according to Deadline.

The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts will present the 22nd annual Mark Twain Prize for American Humor to Dave Chappelle on Sunday, October 27, 2019 in the Kennedy Center Concert Hall. The Prize, which is named to honor one of the world's greatest humorists, will be given at a gala performance featuring some of the biggest names in comedy. The program will be broadcast on PBS stations on January 6, 2020. On-sale and ticketing information for this event will be available at a later date, and sponsorship packages for the Mark Twain Prize gala performance are on sale now.

The National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (NATAS) today announced the winners of the 46th Annual Daytime Creative Arts Emmy Awards. The gala was held at the Pasadena Civic Auditorium in Pasadena, Southern California.

Artists Den, a critically acclaimed television and music series best known for presenting intimate concerts by extraordinary artists in non-traditional settings, revealed today the first installment of the 2019 Spring Series for Live from the Artists Den. Season 13 of the celebrated series will kick-off with James Bay: Live from the Artists Den. The exclusive concert event will tape from a secret venue in New York on Sunday, May 12 and air at a later date on PBS.
