Time Life announces a new digital distribution partnership with GrammyAward-winning artist and Songwriter Hall of Fame member Don McLean to bring new and previously unavailable music to the marketplace, using its significant internal sales and marketing resources along with an international distribution affiliation with Warner Music Group. As part of this new initiative, Time Life will be issuing 173 songs from 11 of his classic albums on May 1, marking the very first time they will be available on all digital platforms since their original release.

Canadian violinist Emmanuel Vukovich has been fascinated by Wolfram von Eschenbach's Parzival story for over twenty years. This 13th-Century medieval poem about the search for the Holy Grail was the inspiration for Richard Wagner's final opera Parsifal. Wagner, however, chose to omit a critical element in Eschenbach's story - the encounter between Parzival and an unknown dark-skinned knight who reveals himself to be Parzival's half-brother and whose name - Fierefiz - means 'he of many colours.' This 'hidden' brother of a mixed race opens the grail myth to a wide range of narratives and symbolic interpretations.

Country hitmakers LONESTAR will return to TV screens nationwide this Saturday (2/1) when they appear on 'The Song-Recorded Live @ TGL Farms,' a new show dedicated to the songwriting craft (check local listings here).
