Cahoots Theatre Company Ltd in association with Jamie Clark Theatre presents the UK premiere of William Humble's play Wodehouse in Wonderland, starring Robert Daws and directed by Robin Herford, on a UK Tour which opens at Malvern Theatres on 26 January 2023.  

Talawa Theatre Company and Park Theatre’s Olivier Award-nominated A Place for We is being made available on Digital Theatre for five years in the UK.  This acclaimed production explores London’s communities over three very different generations.  Following its successful, limited-run premiere on Windrush Day, will be available for more audiences across the country than ever before. 

Back by popular demand, But I'm A Cheerleader: The Musical, which won audiences over with its charm and heart-warming story during its first run in February is back! Casting is yet to be announced, but expect catchy songs, lots of cheers and undeniable fun.

One of Agatha Christie's most intriguing and acclaimed who dunnits comes to The Way Off Broadway Dinner Theatre this fall in a brand new stage adaptation of Murder on the Orient Express from Tony Award-winning playwright Ken Ludwig. The show will open on September 9th and run through the fall.

Birmingham Rep have announced that their 50th Anniversary Gala event held on Saturday 2 April has raised £23,000 towards supporting the venue, the only producing theatre in Birmingham.

New musical Mimma puts Italian resistance members who came to London before the war front and centre in its depiction of people caught between allegiances to their family, country, and ideology.

The Audio Publishers Association (APA) have announced finalists for the 2022 Audie Awards. Finalists include Cynthia Erivo for Best Female Narrator and Lin-Manuel Miranda for Best Male Narrator. Mimma, a new musical telling the stories of Italians living in London during World War Two, will debut in a one-night-only concert performance at Cadogan Hall later this month. We talk to Celinde Schoenmaker, the Dutch star best known for her West End roles in Les Miserables and The Phantom Of The Opera, about her eponymous role in Mimma and the musical’s universal themes.

Joining the previously announced Sir David Suchet (Poirot, Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?, All My Sons), Louise Dearman (Wicked, Evita) and Celinde Schoenmaker (Les Misérables, Phantom of the Opera) is John Owen-Jones, the youngest actor to play the role of Jean Valjean in Les Misérables and a record holder for the number of performances as Phantom in Phantom of the Opera. He will take on the role of Lorenzo.

Queen's Theatre Hornchurch will open its Spring 2022 season with a stunning revival from Director Douglas Rintoul of Arthur Miller's moving and powerful landmark drama All My Sons 10 February – 5 March, before playing at the New Wolsey Theatre Ipswich 8 – 12 March.

Another theatrical knight has been making his way around the country’s theatres over the past few weeks, in a bid to encourage audiences out of their homes for an evening’s entertainment; Sir David Suchet follows in Sir Ian McKellen’s footsteps with this show, which now enjoys a run in the West End, celebrating his own acting career as well as the art itself.

Mimma, a new musical of war and friendship, will be performed with the BBC Concert Orchestra for one special semi-staged gala concert performance only, at Cadogan Hall, on 28 February 2022.

Launched by Janie Dee in 2020, the London Climate Change Festival announces today specially curated concert with an all-star line up Song for Nature will be available on Stream.Theatre for a limited run ahead of the COP26 Climate Change Conference. Directed by Dominic Dromgoole, Song for Nature was conceived to to raise awareness of climate change featuring a spectacular line-up of performances.

The Belgrade Theatre will welcome Sir David Suchet to its Main Stage on Sun 17 Oct, as he appears in conversation for one night only with Poirot and More, A Retrospective.

David will retrace his steps as a young actor, visiting 24 theatres as part of a UK tour through Autumn and Winter 2021 before the West End run.

After 559 days, the curtain of the Frank Matcham's beautiful Richmond Theatre will rise again for the first time on Saturday 25 September 2021 with high quality programming and excellent community events that audiences will love. 

The 115-year-old, 1,144 capacity Edwardian theatre becomes the 12th venue to be run by HQ Theatres, the UK's largest specialist regional theatre operator. Lease arrangements under which HQ will operate the capital city theatre will run for 25 years and existing New Theatre staff will transfer to HQ's employment.
