The Broadway revival of Gypsy, starring Audra McDonald and directed by George C. Wolfe, will play its final performance on August 17, 2025, at the Majestic Theatre. The award-winning production, praised for its historic casting and five Tony nominations, will have played 28 previews and 269 regular performances.

Jutst yesterday, the best of Broadway came together in Shubert Alley for the 27th annual Broadway Barks. Hosted by co-founder Bernadette Peters and Beth Leavel, the special event featured a ‘meet and greet' of all the adoptable pets, who made their Broadway debut on stage alongside some of Broadway's favorite stars. Nicci Claspell is opening up about making her Broadway principal debut in Moulin Rouge! on Broadway with two hours notice and no rehearsal. Claspell first played Satine on the national tour of the hit musical, covering the role while playing Arabia.
