Quibi announced today that Bowen Yang ('SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE') has joined Joel Kim Booster's comedy series 'TRIP.' Stephen Dunn is attached to direct the comedy series that is created and written by Booster.

Awkwafina is Nora From Queens has amassed 3.8 million total viewers including replays, streaming and premiere simulcast on a total of seven Viacom networks. Including L+3 playback, the January 22 premiere of Awkwafina is Nora From Queens is Comedy Central's best primetime series launch in more than three years, notching a .56 P18-49 rating and 818,000 total viewers on Comedy Central.
Comedy Central Partners with MTA to Have Awkwafina as Guest Announcer on the 7 Subway Line

Comedy Central, in partnership with the MTA, today announced Golden Globe-winner and Queens native Awkwafina is taking over as MTA New York City Transit's subway guest announcer, becoming the voice of the Flushing 7 Line. Through a dynamic partnership with OUTFRONT Media, the advertising partner for the MTA, and Posterscope, 7 line commuters will hear the first celebrity announcer of this MTA pilot program. Beginning today, the voice of star of the upcoming Comedy Central series Awkwafina is Nora From Queens can be heard announcing each station arrival, along with other various prompts, running across all 22 stops from Flushing-Main Street (Queens) to 34 St-Hudson Yards (Manhattan) through January 22.

The Story Pirates have blown the minds of more than 500,000 kids across the country, but this show is for grown-ups. In this post-bedtime AfterDark show, NYC's funniest grown-up comedians and actors create a new sketch comedy show entirely based on stories written by kids. A full cast of Story Pirates will perform some of their 'greatest hits' and will be taking ideas from the audience in an evening of improve, musical sketch comedy and hilarity.
