The 2020 Philip K. Dick Science Fiction Film Festival has announced the award winners for its eighth annual event which featured a lineup of screenings, premieres, panels, virtual reality demonstrations, and the launch of a new screenplay competition held in honor of acclaimed novelist Philip K. Dick. The festival was held from March 4-8, 2020 at the Museum of the Moving Image in Astoria, NY and recognized nine films and three screenplays for their outstanding filmmaking and storytelling.

YouTube has debuted the trailer for the all-new YouTube learning series Retro Tech. Based on YouTube creator Marques Brownlee's popular series Dope Tech, Retro Tech features Marques unboxing, reviewing, and recounting the greatest vintage tech-driven products that defined pop culture and changed the world as we know it. From the Walkman to the SEGA Genesis to the JVC Camcorder, each episode Marques will examine a different nostalgic product - many of which he has never used -- exploring the history, impact on society, and creators who made the product come to life. Episodes will premiere weekly on Mondays starting December 2. YouTube Premium subscribers will be able to binge at launch.

Electro-pop sensation TGC (The Green Children) have shared their new single 'Echo', accompanied by a B-side 'Bad Side', via Illuminated City on the 8th of November. The track has just premiered via Wonderland. 'Echo' and 'Bad Side' were mixed by Miles Walker (Sia, Gwen Stefani, Coldplay) and mastered by Colin Leonard (Echosmith, Leona Lewis, Icona Pop) at Sing Mastering.
