Cast Announced For THE BAND'S VISIT at Donmar Warehouse

The Donmar Warehouse has announced the cast for the European première of David Yazbek and Itamar Moses' multi-Tony award-winning musical The Band's Visit, directed in a new production by Donmar Warehouse Artistic Director Michael Longhurst.Cast and onstage band: Alon Moni Aboutboul, Sharif Afifi, Jason Alder, Marc Antolin, Harel Glazer, Levi Goldmeier, Ido Gonen, Michal Horowicz, Emma Kingston, Shira Kravitz, Nitai Levi, Yali Topol Margalith, Ashley Margolis, Carlos Mendoza de Hevia, Miri Mesika, Peter Polycarpou, Ant Romero, Idlir Shyti, Maya Kristal Tenenbaum, Sargon Yelda, Baha Yetkin.

THE GIRL ON THE TRAIN Will Host a Post-Show Q&A This Week

The producers of the hit new production of THE GIRL ON THE TRAIN are delighted to announce a very special post-show Q & A with members of the cast and creative team this Tuesday 14 June (immediately following the evening performance) at Upstairs at the Gatehouse, Highgate Village, where the show is now playing until Sunday 3 July 2022.

Full casting and creative team have been announced for the London return of THE GIRL ON THE TRAIN which plays at Upstairs at the Gatehouse, Highgate Village, from Wednesday 8 June – Sunday 3 July 2022, with Press Night on Thursday 9 June 2022.

San Francisco Opera Presents George Frideric Handel's ORLANDO

San Francisco Opera presents George Frideric Handel's Orlando in a bold production by director Harry Fehr that updates the setting to World War II London during the Blitz. English conductor Christopher Moulds makes his Company debut leading the San Francisco Opera Orchestra and a cast of five leading Handelian artists, each of whom is singing their roles for the first time. Handel's rarely performed work of love and madness will be presented June 9 27 at the War Memorial Opera House.

San Francisco Opera Announces Casting Updates for 2019 Summer Season

Beginning June 5 and continuing through the 29th, San Francisco Opera presents a trio of extraordinary lyric works Georges Bizet's Carmen, George Frideric Handel's Orlando and Anton n Dvo k's Rusalka featuring powerful leading women in the title roles. Spanning three centuries and sung in French, Italian and Czech, the 2019 Summer Season repertory will occasion the Company debuts of four conductors, including two women, in productions that are new to the War Memorial Opera House stage. Some casting updates for the repertory were announced today and additional casting of supporting roles will be released at a future date.
