Next week, 54 BELOW, Broadway's Supper Club & Private Event Destination, presents some of the brightest stars from Broadway, cabaret, jazz, and beyond. A recipient of the 2022 Tony Awards Honor for Excellence in the Theatre, 54 Below celebrates Broadway musicals and writers of the past and present, promoting an ongoing engagement with their work. 

Next month, 54 BELOW will present some of the brightest stars from Broadway, cabaret, jazz, and beyond.

54 BELOW, Broadway's Supper Club, presents Movie Score Mashups: Hear the songs you know and love from the big screen like you've never heard them before. From the Disney Channel to iconic cult classics, your favorite songs from the silver screen will get a new twist in Broadway's living room.

American Repertory Theater has announced that six original cast members from its 2012 production of Pippin will visit The Lunch Room on #GivingTuesday, November 29, at 12PM to celebrate the revival’s 10th anniversary. 

Later today, Broadway welcomes a brand new musical, JAGGED LITTLE PILL- an exhilarating new musical inspired by the themes and raw emotions laid bare in Alanis Morissette's seminal album of the same name. The show marks the return of Tony Award-winning director Diane Paulus, who brings it straight from its record-breaking, sold-out world premiere at American Repertory Theater last summer, where she has served as Artistic Director since 2008. Since then, five of Paulus' show have transferred to Broadway. Today, we're looking back at the other four!

Runyonland Productions will present A Night of Myths and Hymns, a reimagining of the song cycle by Broadway composer Adam Guettel (The Light in the Piazza, Floyd Collins) in the newly renovated apse of the University of Michigan Museum of Art. This intersectional work has two performances on April 7th, 6:00pm and 8:00pm. A Night of Myths and Hymns is in collaboration with the Museum of Art's SMTD@UMMA series.

To celebrate 10 years of musical theatre at the American Repertory Theater at Harvard University (A.R.T.) As BroadwayWorld previously reported, Kyle Dean Massey(Next to Normal, Wicked) and Ciara Renee (Big Fish) will assume the roles of 'Pippin' and 'Leading Player' (respectively) in the Tony-winning Pippin beginning Tuesday, April 1, 2014. Matthew James Thomas and Tony Award winner Patina Miller will play their final performance on Sunday, March 30, 2014. The Independent Reviewers of New England (IRNE) Awards, founded by Beverly Creasey of the Journal Newspapers and Larry Stark of TheaterMirror in 1997, recognize the extraordinary wealth of talent in the Boston theatre community.

Playwright David Farr, inspired by TWELFTH NIGHT, AS YOU LIKE IT, and his own two daughters, has written a nature-infused feminist version of the legend of Robin Hood. Icelandic Director Gisli Örn Gardarsson and his creative team have conjured up an athletic, revolutionary staging brought to life by an agile ensemble and accompanied by Connecticut roots band Poor Old Shine. THE HEART OF ROBIN HOOD beats fast and takes you on an amazing journey.
