American Repertory Theater (A.R.T.) at Harvard University, led by Terrie and Bradley Bloom Artistic Director Diane Paulus and Executive Director Kelvin Dinkins, Jr., announced today that six original cast members from its 2012 production of Pippin will visit The Lunch Room on #GivingTuesday, November 29, at 12PM to celebrate the revival's 10th anniversary.

Erik Altemus (Lewis), Andrew Cekala (Theo), Charlotte d'Amboise (Fastrada), Rachel Bay Jones (Catherine), Terrence Mann (Charles, Tony Award nomination), and Matthew James Thomas (Pippin) will be in conversation with Pippin director Diane Paulus, who was awarded the 2013 Tony Award for Best Direction of a Musical. The hour-long conversation will also include audience Q&A and a tribute to Pippin choreographer Chet Walker, who died last month.

A.R.T. also announced today that supporters who donate $75 or more on #GivingTuesday will unlock a special pre-sale window in January 2023 for single tickets to the musical revival directed by Sammi Cannold that will be announced and discussed at the virtual Behind the Scenes event at 7PM. The to-be-announced title will begin in May 2023 at the Loeb Drama Center in Harvard Square. Single tickets will go on sale to the general public in March 2023; 3-show subscription packages that include the title, as well as The Wife of Willesden and Life of Pi will be available on Wednesday, November 30.

A.R.T. supporters and theater-lovers of all ages are invited to a lineup of free programs and activities on #Giving Tuesday, November 29. In addition to the Pippin reunion on The Lunch Room, the day includes a conversation between Paulus and acclaimed actor Bryan Cranston (All the Way), the Behind the Scenes virtual event with Sammi Cannold, and an online auction featuring exciting prizes and one-of-a-kind experiences in A.R.T.'s online auction.

After ten years of #GivingTuesday support totaling over $500,000, A.R.T. aims to raise $100,000 on Tuesday, November 29 to support its mission to expand the boundaries of theater. Thanks to the generosity of an anonymous supporter, all new and increased gifts that are made to the A.R.T. on #GivingTuesday will be matched 2-to-1, tripling their impact for one day only.
