AMC announced today, on International Women's Day, the darkly comedic series “Dietland,” from executive producer Marti Noxon, will premiere with two back-to-back episodes on Monday, June 4 at 9:00pm ET/PT. Based on Sarai Walker's 2015 best-selling, critically acclaimed novel of the same name, “Dietland” stars Joy Nash(“The Mindy Project,” “Twin Peaks”) as lead Plum Kettle, and Golden Globe® and Emmy® Award-winner Julianna Margulies (“The Good Wife,” “ER”) as Kitty Montgomery. Marti Noxon (“Mad Men,”“UnREAL,”) serves as executive producer, writer, showrunner and directs multiple episodes on the series.

Cabaret patroness Madame Mathieu has selected Natalie Charle Ellis (School of Rock, Les Miserables), and F. Michael Haynie (Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Wicked) as guests of honor at the January 18th edition of the Bistro Awards Critics' Pick Madame Mathieu's Soiree. The duo will perform alongside a distinguished group of artists from a variety of disciplines in the first edition of Season 3 of the show. The winners of the first ever Denovan Residencies, the most comprehensive development grants in New York cabaret, will be announced at the event.

In 1959, theater, film, and TV star LANE BRADBURY created the role of Dainty June in the original Broadway production of the iconic show GYPSY starring Ethel Merman. Now, almost 60 years later, Bradbury is making her debut at the legendary cabaret Don't Tell Mama with LET ME ENTERTAIN YOU, AGAIN. Bradbury's musical trip down memory lane is a personal tour of how she transitioned from being an Atlanta Debutante to a performer on The Great White Way during the Golden Age of Broadway Musicals. Written by Doug DeVita, directed by Bradbury's daughter Elkin Antoniou, and with Musical Direction by Joe Goodrich, Lane Bradbury's LET ME ENTERTAIN YOU, AGAIN hits the Don't Tell Mama stage for a third performance on Sunday, September 24 at 7 pm.

True Story Project will perform a showcase of its groundbreaking play "The Mammal Problem" at the Jerry Orbach Theater on Broadway, Oct. 31. The performance art group blends nonfiction storytelling with live, original music, often incorporating interpretive dance and live-art painting to create a unique collaboration of the arts.
