Chanhassen Dinner Theatres has presented Stevie Ray's Comedy Cabaret in its Playhouse Theatre for some 30 years with a collaborative association that began in 1993. 2024 marks the 35th anniversary of Stevie Ray's, and lots of new things are on the horizon to celebrate.

Chanhassen Dinner Theatres has announced that it will produce THE PROM, Broadway’s smash hit musical comedy, on its Main Stage to be directed by Michael Brindisi and choreographed by Tamara Kangas Erickson.

As we brought stories back to the stage this year we focused on familiar stories with themes of togetherness, change and growth that also had a twist of something new. It gave us a chance to give folks the chance to come back to Artistry and hear the beautiful melodies or our orchestra in one of the most treasured stories of our time.

The casts (and their alumni) of Off-Broadway's long-running hits THIS ONE'S FOR THE GIRLS and SISTAS: THE MUSICAL were selected to perform the National Anthem for the New York Yankees home game vs. the Boston Red Sox at Yankee Stadium last Wednesday. As seen in this video of the performance simulcast on the stadium's jumbotron, the ladies really hit this one out of the park! And, of course, the Yankees won the game.

The casts (and their alumni) of Off-Broadway's long-running hits THIS ONE'S FOR THE GIRLS and SISTAS: THE MUSICAL have been selected to perform the National Anthem for the New York Yankees home game vs. the Boston Red Sox at Yankee Stadium this Wednesday, September 19th at 7:05 pm. Due to overwhelming demand, Off-Broadway's musical smash THIS ONE'S FOR THE GIRLS today put a new block of seats on sale through January 5, 2019. Initially set to run to the end of 2017, this marks the third extension for Dorothy Marcic's THIS ONE'S FOR THE GIRLS, which opened October 27th to unanimous rave reviews.
