This February, Mischief returns to the Belgrade Theatre with its usual brand of calamitous comedy in Groan Ups. The farcical tale of growing up runs on the Belgrade's Main Stage from Mon 28 Feb – Sat 5 March. 

Following their phenomenal rise to global success with The Play That Goes Wrong, The Comedy About a Bank Robbery and Peter Pan Goes Wrong, multi award-winning Mischief Theatre return on tour with their brand new comedy all about growing up.

Olivier award winning comedy favourites, Mischief, announce full casting for their very first UK tour of Groan Ups. The touring cast presents: Daniel Abbott (Archie), Jamie Birkett (Chemise, Miss Murray), Matt Cavendish (Simon), Killian Macardle (Paul, Mr White), Yolanda Ovide (Moon), Dharmesh Patel (Spencer), Lauren Samuels (Katie), with understudies Paul Brown and Holly Sumpton.

​Are we really that different from who we were at school? Mischief Theatre’s Groan Ups takes a light-hearted look at this question. This comedy, a diversion from Mischief’s usual “goes wrong” flavour of plays, tugs at the heartstrings but still leaves you in stitches.

Brand-new musical comedy Bluff, written exclusively for radio by Matt Cavendish and Ed Zanders is available to download on Monday 18 October, following a full studio recording with West End cast and musicians at Masterchord Studios London. The full radio-play, complete with foley sound effects, is designed to take the listener on a vivid journey through a larger-than-life world, accompanied by a live studio orchestra.

The Showstoppers are returning to the West End's Lyric Theatre on Monday 15 November for five months of monthly shows. Prior to this move they have two previously annouced West End shows at the Garrick Theatre on Monday 27 September and Monday 11 October.

Groan Ups will open at Theatre Royal Bath on 12 August 2021 before touring to Salford, Chester, Sheffield, Oxford, Guildford, Edinburgh, Cheltenham, Cardiff, Cambridge, Glasgow, Dartford, Wolverhampton, Norwich, Brighton, Nottingham, Southampton, Aylesbury and Coventry until 5 March 2022. Bluff is a madcap romp through a surreal universe in which everyone lies about everything all of the time. Everyone that is apart from Alec who has been raised 'honest'. As he desperately tries to navigate what is real and what is not, It becomes clear that he must come to terms with his own dark secret, as the world starts to unravel around him.

One of the last West End shows to be cancelled before lockdown in March, The Showstoppers turned their final performance at the Lyric Theatre into an impromptu online live stream event, which has since been viewed more than 112,000 times.

A brand-new production of the Olivier Award-winning comedy based on the well-loved Jeeves and Wooster books is to set off on a 17-week tour of the UK, taking in over 30 regional theatres and arts venues and an additional selection of venues on the rural touring circuit. Aristocratic buffoon Bertie Wooster has hired the theatre for the night to present his one-man show detailing a recent and rather spectacular series of misadventures, including the theft of a novelty cow creamer and a narrow escape from unwanted matrimony. The only trouble is Bertie hasn't worked out who's going to play the parts. Will the show be a disaster? Will the scenery stay upright? Or will his trusty manservant Jeeves step in and save the day?

Casting has been confirmed for Park Theatre's festive family adaptation of Hans Christian Andersen's classic: The Snow Queen. Focusing on the origins of the Queen who brings endless winter, the cast includes: Frances Marshall, Ayesha Casely-Hayford, Esmonde Cole, Sarah-Louise Young, Justin Brett, Paula James and Matt Cavendish. The production is adapted by Charles Way and directed by Abigail Anderson, with a national press night on Friday 6 December, 7pm.
