Mared Williams Biography
Training: The Royal Academy of Music, July 2019 graduate.Theatre includes: Elen in Y Tylwyth, various characters in Hwn Yw Fy Mrawd (National Eisteddfod) and ensemble in Sweeney Todd (Llangollen International Eisteddfod).
Credits while training: Mary in Merrily We Roll Along, Waiting Somewhere, Angelique in Songs from a Hotel Bedroom and Kate in The
Wild Party.
Other work includes: Various international concerts, including Australia. Mared has her own solo album of original music with I Ka Ching Records. She was the winner of the International Voice of Musical Theatre at the Llangollen International Eisteddford 2018.
Les Misérables marks Mared’s West End debut.

Audiences returned to Theatr Clwyd this weekend with the first in a series of live outdoor performances. Staged as part of the Welsh Government trial for outdoor events, the successful events took place with Covid-19 safety measures in place and with hay bales delivered by a local farmer to shield the stage.
