The Fulton Theatre opens Edward Albee's 1962 American classic Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf? on Thursday, March 23, 2023. This is the third production in this season's Ellen Arnold Groff Studio Series held in the 4th floor Tell Studio Theatre.

The Black Experience 2023 (BX23) returns to the Flynn Main Stage on February 25 with a lineup of events scheduled all evening, starting at 5 pm. The Lehigh Valley Charter High School for the Arts (Charter Arts) Theatre Department will present the hit show '30 Neo-Futurist Plays from Too Much Light Makes the Baby Go Blind (30 Plays in 60 Minutes)' by Greg Allen. This production is directed by Kim Carson and features an exceptional cast of young actors.

The Fulton Theatre has announced the schedule of its inaugural in person playwriting festival. “Stories of Diversity,” July 16 – July 18, 2021. The festival will feature three distinct and diverse plays that will engage the Lancaster community in much needed conversation.

For those of us who have visited Ireland and basked in the bountiful love and generosity of its people, the plays of its most famous authors are striking in contrast. There are no strangers when one visits the Emerald Isle. However, the plays of Brian Friel, Sean O'Casey and John Millington Synge are rife with meditation, mourning and melancholy. (The latter author's 'Playboy of the Western Worlda?? caused riots in Dublin when initially staged in 1907. When the actors came to America in 1911, they were jailed).

The award-winning theatre department of the Lehigh Valley Charter High School for the Arts (Charter Arts) will present A Midsummer Night's Dream by William Shakespeare, January 15-19, 2020. This classic play gets a modern twist under the direction of Kim Carson based on original concepts by Matt Pfeiffer. The swift pace and comedic timing is handled masterfully by an exceptional cast of young actors.
