Jolie Curtsinger

Originally from Los Angeles, Jolie loves creating theater both as an actor and a producer. Jolie founded InProximity Theatre Company in 2008 and PROJECT W Theatre Festival in 2017 with Co-Artistic Director and friend Laurie Schaefer Fenton. Most recently, Jolie will be seen in AFTER by Michael McKeever at 59E59 Theaters in NYC 3/13/19 - 4/14/19, directed by Joe Brancato. Other NY stage credits include AFTER at Penguin Rep and ACROSS THE PARK, an ARACA Project production. She also acted in, produced and developed the InProximity World Premiere production of Michelle Elliott?s PROMISING, directed by Terry Berliner at Theatre Row. Jolie also produced and was seen on stage in InProximity?s productions of THE FALL TO EARTH, written by Joel Drake Johnson and directed by Joe Brancato at 59E59, NAVY PIER, THE MAIDEN?S PRAYER, and ORANGE FLOWER WATER. Other New York stage credits include ALMOST, MAINE and Amy Fox?s ONE THING I LIKE TO SAY IS (Cockeyed Optimists) and The DARE Project (taxductible). LA Theater: Adam Boch?s SWIMMING IN THE SHALLOWS, Joe Orton?s LOOT, the World Premiere of CHEYENNE, and the US Premiere of Emma Frost?s AIRSICK. Film and television credits include The Kindling Effect, Bastion, Rubberneck, The Perfect Fit (Craft Award for Leading Actress), Grim, Divorce Video Therapy, and The Escape.
